Buy Xsafe plan and products using the Airtel Thanks app
The Airtel Thanks app is a super app. You can manage your Airtel services and buy both Airtel and Non-Airtel products. To buy Xsafe plan and products, follow the below steps:
- Download the latest version of the Airtel Thanks app.
- Now login with your number and enter the OTP.
- The app’s how page named ‘manage’ has several sections.
- Scroll down to find the ‘Buy new service’ header.
- Tap on ‘Security Camera’ and you will be redirected to a new page.
- All you need to do is enter your name, mobile number, and installation city to book a consultation call.
- If you wish to get more information about the products and services, scroll down and tap on products. You can also select Help at hand>Xsafe Plan or FAQs to know more about the pricing and various plans available.
- Once you fill the consultation form, you will get a message which will provide you with a number to contact or wait for an Xsafe executive to call you. Usually, you will receive the call same day as the enquiry.
You can also use the app to pay for the plan after the consultation is complete using online payment UPI method.

Follow the below steps to book a consultation call or buy Airtel Xsafe products from Airtel Xsafe’s official website:
- Visit https://www.airtel.in/xsafe/ and go through the page to understand more about the products and plans being offered.
- If you wish to go for a consultation right away, fill in the form present right below the banner of the page. Click on Book now to confirm.
- If you directly want to shop, click on ‘Shop now’ button present on the banner.
- You can go through the pricing. Currently, all the cameras are available at a discount of 50%. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ to buy the camera.
- The Airtel Xsafe plan of Rs. 999/year + 1 month free will also be automatically added to your cart. Your cameras will only be involved with the Xsafe Plan. Once your cart is full. Click on ‘Place Order.’
- Enter your mobile number and OTP. You will have to fill a detailed form with details like name, email, number, installation address;then tick on check box if you have a wifi-connection at home or not. Once you have filled all the details, click on ‘Proceed to Payment.’
